Markukanis

King Markukanis of Konos is an anomaly. Not even of pure Suthik stock (his mother was a Borean warrioress) he rose above the prejudices of his peers to rise in the ranks of the armies of Konos.
Upon the death of the previous king, Markukanis found himself nominated as the childless king's succcessor and acclaimed almost (almost!) universally as the new ruler.
He is eminently practical if sometimes a little unorthodox.
