Madu
Madu is the Merciful King of the gods of The Cult of Madu
He is ageless, wise and just and rules over all the gods and the heavens
Priests of Madu are exclusively male and forty years old or older - until that age they are considered acolytes only, priests in training. They are called on to arbitrate disputes, to deliver clarification of the god's will and to remind people of the god's justice and sovereignty.
The uniform of a priest of Madu is a black robe over which a gold-coloured surplice is worn, with a wide linen sash at the waist. A jewelled breast-plate depends from a collar, and the priest wears a plain head-dress in the same gold material as the surplice.
