Astia
Astia is the goddess of love and beauty. She gives joy and pleasure, love and inspiration.
She is considered to be Madu's lover and the creator (with his aid) of all mortal creatures in the world. As such she is the giver of life and growth and teaches mankind to love all things that she created. Hers is the gift to restore health, but she also knows when it is the right time for the life she gave to return to her.
Only women can be priests of Astia and motherhood is seen as a blessing upon them but is not mandatory. There are no bars on marriage or relationships, and Astia's law is that each person should enjoy their life in the way that they see best without harming others.
Priestesses wear sleeveless green robes with a white surplice and a dark hijab over a silver circlet.
