Infernal Contract of Binding and Exchange

By the Authority of Asmodeus, Lord of the Nine Hells

This Contract is duly entered into by Zarradek the Maleficent (hereinafter referred to as "the Supplicant") on behalf of Wilhelm Vogel, Duke of Gorundia (hereinafter referred to as "the Beneficiary"), and His Infernal Majesty Asmodeus, Supreme Sovereign of the Hells (hereinafter referred to as "the Infernal Lord").
Whereas, the Beneficiary seeks dominion over the kingdom of Gorundia, uninterrupted health and vigor for a period of ninety-nine (99) mortal years, and infernal military aid to destroy the Dominion;
And Whereas, the Infernal Lord seeks sacrifices and fealty in accordance with the principles of Infernal Law;
Now Therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

Article I: Offer of Fealty and Sacrifice

1. The Supplicant, acting with the full authority of the Beneficiary, hereby offers his own immortal soul as initial payment to bind this Contract. Upon the conclusion of his mortal life, the Supplicant’s soul shall be consigned to the Ninth Hell for eternal servitude.
2. The Beneficiary pledges to fulfill the requirements of sacrifice specified herein. Failure to comply with any part of this agreement renders the Contract null and void, and all penalties for default under Infernal Law shall apply.

Article II: Sacrificial Terms

The Beneficiary shall, within a period not exceeding thirteen (13) years from the signing of this Contract, present as sacrifice six (6) virgin brides, each bound by matrimony to the Beneficiary prior to their offering. The brides must meet the following criteria, in no specific order:

• Brides of Humble Birth
  • Bride One: A maiden of humble birth, possessing golden hair and blue eyes.
  • Bride Two: A maiden of humble birth, possessing raven-black hair and green eyes.


• Brides of Knightly Birth
  • Bride Three: A maiden of knightly birth, possessing auburn hair and hazel eyes.
  • Bride Four: A maiden of knightly birth, possessing blonde hair and grey eyes.


• Brides of Noble Birth
  • Bride Five: A maiden of noble birth, possessing red hair and green eyes.
  • Bride Six: A maiden of noble birth, possessing black hair and amber eyes.

Each maiden must be pure of body and soul at the time of sacrifice, as verified by the Infernal Inspectors. Substitution of any other individuals, or any deviation from the stipulated physical and social characteristics, shall constitute a breach of Contract.

Article III: Infernal Considerations

Upon successful fulfillment of the Sacrificial Terms:

• The Beneficiary shall ascend to the throne of Gorundia and hold dominion over the kingdom until his mortal death or until such time as the Infernal Lord decrees.
• The Beneficiary shall receive perfect health and vigor for a duration of ninety-nine (99) mortal years from the date of the final sacrifice.
• The Infernal Legions shall lend their strength to the Beneficiary’s military campaigns, ensuring the destruction of the Dominion.

Article IV: Default and Penalties

In the event the Beneficiary fails to meet any of the above terms, the following penalties shall be imposed:

• The Supplicant’s soul shall be condemned to the Infernal Pits of Torment, without reprieve or recourse.
• The Beneficiary’s soul, upon mortal death, shall be subjected to eternal damnation within the Pits of Wailing Perdition.
• Any power or position granted under this Contract shall be immediately revoked, and the kingdom of Gorundia shall suffer plagues, ruin, and devastation.

Article V: Finality of Agreement

This Contract is eternal and irrevocable. It is signed in blood by the Supplicant and sealed with the sigil of Asmodeus. No mortal, celestial, or infernal intervention shall annul or alter its terms.
