Smirk’s Hands and Fingers

Smirk’s gang is structured like a twisted mockery of a body, with his two top enforcers as his "hands" and their ten most brutal thugs as his "fingers." These half-orcs are the city's worst nightmares—violent, cruel, and always looking for the next victim.

Smirk’s "Hands" (His Two Top Enforcers)

• Grub – A thick-necked brute with a permanent sneer and a penchant for breaking bones before asking questions. He believes that pain is the only true teacher and considers himself an educator.
• Tusk – Lean and mean, with a jagged tooth sticking out from his lower jaw, Tusk is Smirk’s knife man. He talks slow, but he cuts fast, and he loves to make an example out of anyone who crosses the gang.

The "Fingers" (Their Ten Toughest Thugs)

Grub’s Five (Muscle and Chaos)

• Brick – A silent wall of muscle who only speaks in grunts and cracks skulls with a studded club.
• Gnash – Has a permanent bloodstain on his teeth from chewing on his enemies. Always the first to throw a punch.
• Mug – Ugly even by half-orc standards, with a lopsided face from a botched execution. Uses his hideous grin to intimidate victims before robbing them blind.
• Slop – Greasy and foul-smelling, he revels in filth and fights dirty—gouging eyes, biting, and using whatever’s on the ground as a weapon.
• Runt – Shorter than the others but twice as mean, compensating with an oversized battleaxe and a serious Napoleon complex.

Tusk’s Five (Knives and Blood)

• Slice – Tusk’s shadow, a wiry killer who loves his daggers almost as much as he loves hearing people beg.
• Soot – Burned in a fire long ago, his skin is blackened, and he enjoys setting buildings (and people) alight for fun.
• Latch – Specializes in strangulation and has a belt of severed fingers he keeps as trophies.
• Drip – Always covered in someone else’s blood, he never washes his hands and claims it's bad luck.
• Crack – A wild-eyed sadist with a whip, just as happy breaking bones as he is breaking spirits.
