Sabry appears much like any other young elf, with sharp, graceful features and an air of reserved confidence—when she isn’t bursting into literal flames. Her eyes often flicker between calm focus and simmering embers, hinting at the volatile magic lurking beneath her skin.Early Life
Sabry recalls vague memories of sharp walls and cool black mirrored corridors, though she cannot quite place when or where. Her family was distant, always on the move. They seemed equally wary of her and for her. Sabry quickly realized why: when her pyromantic powers surged, she could spark accidental blazes—sometimes burning possessions, campsites, or even people who wandered too close.Constant Travel
Her family’s frequent relocations seemed to be attempts at hiding or containing her flare-ups. Yet, no matter where they went, Sabry’s fire followed. Though she was sometimes scared of her own power, she also felt a strange comfort in it—like it was the one force she could fully claim.Abduction & Training
When Sabry could barely walk, she was taken. A group of terrifying, uncaring elves spirited her away, intent on forging her into a living weapon. Her captors kept her in cramped cages, with a focus was on controlling—and harnessing—her flames. Due to her imprisonment and the dampening of her fire magic, she developed a great skill with earth magic as well.“They tried to smother my spirit, but all they did was feed the fire inside me.”

Sabry’s handlers wanted her to become the perfect pyromancer assassin: precise, obedient, and pitiless. She was subjected to harsh drills, painful punishments, and relentless monitoring. The black mirrored walls of her early recollections may have been part of this facility—or perhaps they existed only in her nightmares.Current Status
By the year 1230, Sabry is 110 years old—a blink in an elf’s lifespan, but old enough to understand the scope of her captivity and the magnitude of her own power. Despite her disasterous first encounters with freedom that led to the accidental destruction of a large portion of the village of Oxlight, she now seems to have full control, despite the constant temptation. Personal history
She was kidnapped at a young age to "Unleash" the spirit and Purify the Whole forest by an outlying faction of her clan. She was kept alone for most of that time and told to master her abilities. She escaped but learned a harsh lesson when she burned the first village she encountered. It was an accident that was paid with banishment from the town. She now tries her best to control the fire and may seem cold or uncaring to outsiders. To those that get close, they know she is apprehensive it may happen again.
