1 gold crown = 20 silver nobles, and 1 silver = 20 copper commons. In some parts of the realm, coins are split in half and accepted as currency, as the kingdom is aggresive about the purity of their coinage.

Elvish coins from the twin kingdoms are still in circulation, Dominion coin is refused, as it has been debased multiple times.
