General Summary

Broken Wings

Shrieking in a blinding rage, driving rain stabbing his eyes, Araphant crashes into the assembled masses of Goblins and Orcs assaulting The Aviary, the final hideout of The Smiling Hawks, Saewen's motley group of rebellious fighters. Cutting through the swaths of foes, Araphant does not notice the extent of the carnage. Roderick laments the amount of dead human and dwarf fighters that have already fallen. They fight on, climbing step ladders towards the foot gates as Eschelon and Vargas hammer away with the Trebuchet from across the gully. 

   After defeating a troll, they enter the lower chamber of the crumbling, fire engulfed tower. There they free prisoners held in makeshift cages while assisting the remaining Smiling Hawks in taking down the assaulters. Beaten and tired, the heroes fight to the top floor, where spiders, orcs, and all sorts of malice await. Hogun fights strong an valiantly, and even though their number shrinks and many are lost, the Hawks and Heroes win the day.
