Structure
People who wish to join the Knights of Annwn must receive a sign from Cerawna during their first trial to be accepted into the order. Officially, anyone can join, though the training is difficult to keep up with for someone not already experienced in basic combat and social training.
Usually, people join the order at 15 years of age. For six years, they are trained as squires, before they knighted.

History
Founded in 497 (1086 in the Monedan calendar) by Annwn
Annwn was a champion of Cerawna and companion of Queen Vánagandr, the seventeenth queen of Skander. She founded an order of knights, the Knights of the Moon, during the War [of XY]. Though she fell in 509 during the War of [YZ], the sacrifice of her and twelve of her knights allowed for Skander's victory in that battle and the survival of their queen. Vánagandr renamed the order in Annwn's honour.
