The Cut

A miles long furrow in the earth, some 20 feet deep and 60 to 80 feet wide, carved out by a Jumper during a Ley Line Storm. This Cut bisected the east/west road out of Ford, preventing the Hawks from continuing on their journey until they convinced the people of Ford to help build a bridge over it.
