Katy Sage

Katy Sage is a resident of Elmont proper, owning a small house near the south edge of town. She breeds and trains the dogs which the town uses mostly to help guard and guide the small sheep and goat herds that some of the farmers keep. She also occasionally trains hunting and tracking dogs for the town's small group of hunters. Katy has a special bond with the beasts, one that goes beyond the norm. She is Changed, though no one really knows this and her Change is so subtle not even her believes herself any different from the rest of the town. Katy has an empathetic bond with dogs, allowing her to "hear" their thoughts and communicate with them on a subconscious level. Her prize and most favorite dog is Mike, a rare Changed animal.
