Ninjos

Anatomy
Ninjos are intelligent, mammalian creatures with two legs and eyes but what stands out is their six arms.
Ecology and Habitats
Often prefer forests and jungle as it allows them to hide and stalk their prey. Ninjos civilisations can be found on the vast plains of Circos.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Ninjos are a carnivorous species, relying on hunting for their main food source.
Biological Cycle
As the days get longer and wetter, Ninjos gain a larger amount of fur covering their bodies, and stay indoors more. To ensure they have enough food hunting periods are extended leading up to Crest (the wet season).
Additional Information

Ninjos societies are structured in the style of an oligarchy, with one Ninjos leading the entire tribe or town. This leader is called the 'High Master'
Facial characteristics
Due to their small head relative to their bodies their faces can be considered quite compact. They have two forward facing eyes and a mouth with teeth structured like a shredder. They have two large ears and two holes above their mouth represent their nose.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
They can be found on all four continents as they were the first to develop the ability to sail deep water.

Civilization and Culture
Naming Traditions
Ninjos are unique in that their surname appears before their first name, e.g. Hin Wei being the son of Hin Bei. Also shown in that example is that between Ninjos of the same sex, first names normally only change by one letter between generations.
Gender Ideals
Ninjos do not separate male and female roles. All Ninjos work for the community under the leadership of the High Master, who serves more as someone who teaches rather than someone who leads.
Courtship Ideals
During the first day of Feren, a ceremony is held in which all Ninjos take part, with the High Master presiding over the occasion. There is a large banquet and festivities set up in the main street of the town for the Ninjos to enjoy, but once the sun sets, the High Master enters the marked dance area with their partner if they have one. If they don't, then Ninjos of the opposite sex enter the area and attempt to dance with the High Master, whoever is dancing with them at the end of his dance becomes the life partner of the High Master. After the High Master's Dance, other males may enter the dance floor with females joining in to choose their own life partners.
Average Technological Level
Ninjos are in a Classical technology era.
Major Language Groups and Dialects
All Ninjos speak Ninjosi.
Common Dress Code
The only dress of the Ninjos is a covering robe and hood, worn whenever the Ninjos are not in battle or preparing for such. Designs on the robe indicate the family of the Ninjos and a coloured circles on the back represent their tribe or town. To not wear this robe at all times is seen as a form of treason, and can have a Ninjos either executed or banished, depending on the tribe.
Common Customs, Traditions and Rituals
They are trained from childhood in the art of many different types of weapons and possess the most fighting skill of the main sapient species of Circos.
Common Taboos
Taking off their robe is certain death.
Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
They are a militaristic species focused on maintaining military supremacy over fellow sapient species, and constantly bully the much weaker (at least militarily) and less advanced society of the Mircosi. They both respect and despise the society of the Crones and have an aggressive relationship with the Chocrindile civilisation emerging from the north-east continent.
