Secondary Skills

Few clarifications on secondary skills.
1) Secondary skill progression is listed on pg 48 HU2 and previous page shows available skill selections. If you are playing a class or O.C.C. that gains secondary skills at a different rate, the HU2 progression trumps it.
2) When gaining secondary skills, the +level bonus for the new skill (ex: reaching level 3) is level 1 even though the character is higher level (level 3). It can be helpful identify when skills are earned to keep track of this at later levels.
