Decon

Decon has been a deep cover agent for years. His specialty is to change appearance, mannerisms, dialects to blend in to almost any group. This has resulted with inside information which resulted in the apprehension of the street Gang known as the Sharks. His cover held up even as sharing a cell with Shark Leader called Mako who shared information on the discovery of Slappers. Mako expressed concerns that someone was using Slappers as a means of growing a power base within organized crime and how he had even lost some of his lieutenants to the addiction. The lieutenants in question were later found to be some of the early deaths of the early stages of slappers. Within the FBI drug investigation department Decon is known for being good in deep cover to the point speculations he is on the take or assisting criminals to escape capture. Internal Affairs has had no actionable proof to these allegations. Though he was reassigned off investigations on the rising Slappers situations for reasons not revealed. Whether he is another victim of recent events or something more only time will tell. He was caught observing a private meeting between Eric Harmon, Sofia Fairchild and former Director William Talbot. He was also spotted attempting to infiltrate Club Paradise after the players rescued Abbey, but had to make a hasty exit. Recently he was found badly injured within the Club Paradise lower level after attempting to infiltrate the facility and erasing the surveillance footage of the last 7 days. He is in critical condition in Mount Sinai Hospital.
