Additional Skills
With GM approval the following skills can be learned as secondary skills if applicable.
Lore: Superhuman: A character with this skill will have a chance to have seen, read or heard about the appearance, behaviors, methods of creation, possible weaknesses and strengths and other summary-style information on superhumans. Note that this skill is based as much on rumor, legend, and stories as it is upon cold, hard facts. For in-depth knowledge on a specific superhuman skills such as streetwise, research or similar skills may be more applicable. Base skill: 25%+5% per level. Additional bonuses: Gains a +5 if also have Physics, Biology (if same species) or Xenobiology (if different species), Psychology or Parapsychology. Maximum bonus is +15% if have appropriate skills from each category grouping.
Organic Ship Operation: Individuals with this training can operate, maintain, understand, and "read"" or interpret the sensory data and feedback from organic ship technology that is designed for humanoid interface. Organic ship technology be setup to be user friendly in terms of language and functionality. A user can utilize this skill for piloting of organic ships. Base Skill: 35%+5% per level. Only one system (weapons, piloting/ navigation, sensors, etc.) can be utilized at a time. Difficulty Modifications: If the user is psychic or a mental interface component is available (tele-helment, cyberjack port, etc.) the user gains +10% to skill use. If the organic ship is using an unfamiliar language to the user it is -10% or -20% if physical interface is not accomodating to the user's physiology (additional penalties may apply).
