"the children's" black ledger

Discovered in the lower level of Club Paradise in the safe along with the orb is a black financial ledger with some discs. It appears the ledger outlined payoffs from "The Children" to others. A cursory examination by Professor James Short revealed some documentation showing money given to corrupt individuals, which he notified Eric Harmon of this.
Further investigations may reveal what are on the disks and what other transactions were recorded.
