Hand of Beru

The Hand of Beru refers to the great plataus and mesas that dominate the south-western skyline for miles around. The tallest mesa is nearly two miles with its great, inclimbable faces standing tall. The name comes from the five main spires that mimic fingers reaching for the heavens, trying to grab the sky and drag it down to Beru.
The lands within the Hand are bathed in constant shadow and shade. The plants that grow here resemble others found throughout Beru that only come out at night, the fauna is similar with nocturnal beasts prowling at all hours.
If one can summit any of the peaks they will find rainforest-like environments bathed in gentle mists. Most animals here can either climb or fly though rumours of wild horses stronger than any other draw intreped adventurers from all over.
