Cult of Asmodeus

The cult of asmodeus is quite active in the empire of Rakai due the large amount of bureaucracy and nobility present in the capitol. This is largely due to the subdued nature of things in the empire. The cult provides a sense of entertainment and excitement that is hard to comeby in the rather conservative society of Rakai. The nobles lack their usual power and connection that any effort made to establish that feeling is welcomed. The cult of Asmodeus is able to offer that feeling quite easily, and for a rather cheap price. There is one central cult of Asmodeus in the city and it functions as a nobles secret society with a variety of detachments working throughout the city towards a common goal.
