Outer Planes

Beyond the primary planes are several additional planes of existence not connected to the others. These are called the Outer Planes, and are poorly documented at best. It is nigh-impossible to access most of them without invitation by the deity residing there. Some are, however, able to be infiltrated and thus studied. Below are the documented realms. While it is known that more exist, they have thus-far eluded scholars and adventurers.
