Arbitrators
(a.k.a. White Tongues)
Ettus has many enforcers under its service, but operating above all are the Ascendant entities known as Arbitrators, more commonly known as the “White Tongues of the Serpent.” They act as extensions of the Serpent’s will, be that as speakers, messengers, spies, combatants, or even directly assisting mortals.
They all have identical personalities and appearances, making them impossible to distinguish between. They also lack names, simply being called by their title or the moniker of "white tongues."

In contrast to their original forms, these beings are stark white with red eyes.
Special abilities
Advanced resilience, strength, and speed, heightened intellect, and divine ability to parse, understand, and explain the details of any binding vow. They also possess limited plane-shifting abilities which they use to travel to and from the mortal plane and other divine realms.

Personal history
Formerly Yaun-Ti Mind Whisperers, these entities have been ascended to divine status. According to Ettus, these beings willingly allowed themselves to take on this form. It elaborates that they became obsessed with their duty as mercenaries hired to ensure promises and contracts were kept, employed by various underground or extra-judicial organizations. The enforcement of vows lead them to become what could be called a cult. From this obsession, they became devout worshipers of ettus. The Serpent saw their potential and made a deal with them: they would shed their personalities, gift their bodies and souls, and become entities of pure order. They now eternally serve the serpent.

They can speak in plain terms or "legalese" with ease. They are very formal and maintain even tone and pitch. Their voices have the same vocal hissing as that of normal Yaun-Ti, but is moderately subdued.
