Astervitch's War Hammer
Ast unwrapped it, Ryven leaning over and shadowing him. It was a warhammer, the kind he’d seen used by the front soldiers of some Brickard infantry units. Its length stretched over Ast’s lap to about four feet, the handle made of dark wood with a stripe of smooth, silver metal running down each side. Ast tilted it, gaging the surface. There was a tinge of blue sheen as it hit the light on the wall that made Ast narrow his eyes. No, Len wouldn’t have. But he would’ve, he had, and Ast looked at the familiar sheen and snorted.
Astervitch's preferred weapon, given to him by Lennik Balassar is his will. The hammer is made from Lennik's avean steel leg.
