Crovae

Crovae are in the unique trouble of having lots to say, and not being able to say it properly due to our curse. While I have never felt the anxiety this produces as much as other members of my race, I have experienced nights of extreme frustration at the futility of conversations where I cannot say the things I think. It may even be possible that our curse drove me to commit myself to writing and authory.
— Flip, The Great Book of the Races

Courtship Ideals

Due to the transitory life often led by crovae, they marry fast and generally skip long courtships. The most patient of crovae will generally wait for six or seven months before setting a marriage date. However, the actual marriage may be put off for reasons such as illness or war.
