Marisu Sakura

Marisu Sakura was the Mayor of the village of Sakura and Host to the Demon Ruan.

Obsessed with the Old World writing concept of a "Mary Sue", Marisu with the aid of the demon Ruan took control of a village and turned it into the village of Sakura, with a single cherry blossom tree planted at its center. To those who pass through, it is the most beautiful sight to behold. To those who can see through her illusions, it is a dilapidated mess of buildings with a large dead tree in the center of town.

The citizens of the village unwittingly praise her and treat her like royalty under her control.

After a group led by an Illusionist battled with her, the town was abandoned and she was never heard from again. Her exact fate remains unknown.

Ruan

According to reports from former villagers, Marisu had a very strong connection to Ruan, with his tether being strong enough to physically manifest himself and attack her assailants.

The duration of time it took for his tether to grow so strong is unknown, as is much of Marisu's background before Sakura was founded.

Slim with a small amount of visible muscle.

Body Features

Dark gray skin, pointed ears, fits the "Dark Elf" side of Batfolk appearances.

Special abilities

Skilled Illusionist with some skill in Wards. Ruan assists with physical attacks and manifestation in combat, as well as additional Illusion.

Apparel & Accessories

Typically wears an eastern style red and blue overcoat and blue linen pants, with a black corset and black leather pants underneath to accommodate the weather.
