Centaurian Condition

A rare genetic condition found only in Beastkin that causes the individual to be born with four legs in a quadrupedal configuration.



Physically the heart is larger than average to accommodate the larger body shape, and the legs are digitigrade similar to those seen in the wild. Higher lung capacity leads to those with the condition to be very physically fit.



Unfortunately, the condition tends to be seen with superstition and fear, and most born with the condition are either shunned or outright ostracized. Some safe havens can be found in more tolerable regions, such as Sovereign and Oasis, or they can become nomadic and travel with trade caravans as guards or traders.
