Barbasso, the Sunlord, the Protector and Defender of the City, is seen as the greatest of the gods, one of the originals, there no real stories about the creation of world and if the gods that are worshipped by the Bavan People now are those that created the world in the time before History within the Shadow Times. By the time history was being recorded the Divine House were the gods of the world.
Description
Barbasso is portrayed as a heavily armoured dark-haired warrior with bright white eyes that shine with the power of the sun, with halberd and shield emblazed with the Sun.
Personality
Barbasso is old diety, and the eternal guardian of Bavan People, protecting from without and within. He gets the job done without complaint or worry. The Bavan people widely admired these qualities in what they see as a humble and reassuring god. He is slow to anger and while the People of Bavan are people of Passion, Barbasso himself understands that with ultimate power comes ultimate responsibility.
