There are two emotions that humans are most familiar with: pain and pleasure. For centuries the lands of Batun experienced a mix of both; pain from losing a loved one; pleasure from kissing your lover. But these days, the balance is shifting. Pain is running rampant all throughout the planet, and there seems to be no stop to it anytime soon. The winters are getting colder, the harvests are becoming less fruitful, and the people are getting restless. These are dark times, and there are few options to halt the cycle of violence... But perhaps the people of Batun can figure out a way to weather this storm of blood and iron.
