Liv and Rel go to see Otho Peni, Xun and Robyn in the bar
Liv tries some of Otho's super strong drink
Dhaer back in a few days time, tidying up the discussions with Palen
Rel and Liv recount several weeks in minutes
Daq comes to get Xun Takes Xun into Otho's booth Otho goes Galadriel angry, cold and silent Otho speaks to him telepathically Xun nods then leaves
Rel: should we not have brought him here Otho: I am conflicted, he's a powerful dangerous war criminal, but nothing he could do here that I could not foresee
Xun is going to stay in Haven It would be remiss to let him into the city Can ensure he does nothing stupid
All they would say is don't attract too much attention Otho has some influence in the guard, would only be able to get Liv and Rel out though
Rel tells Otho about the memory from the Nothic That it was the shadows not the guard Some things are better learnt than told You have friends around you that you would do well to lean on

26th Proviso

• Liv and Rel visit Otho while Peni and Robyn criminal-sit in the bar, with Xun as a half-elf.
• Liv and Rel recount several weeks of drama in minutes.
• At explaining who Xun is and why he’s here, Daq is sent to bring him to Otho. Otho’s dark-Galadriel moment is terrifying as they telepathically convey what will happen if he threatens the safety of Haven.
• Otho admits to Rel and Liv that they’re conflicted; Xun is a powerful and dangerous war criminal, but there’s nothing he could do that Otho could not foresee.
• Xun is going to remain in Haven to ensure he doesn’t do anything stupid.
• Discuss how to reach the Shadows and negotiate Elirith’s release; Otho counsels that they do not attract too much attention as while they have some influence in the guard, they would only be able to get Liv and Rel out.
• Rel tells Otho about the memory from the Nothic: Otho already knew it was the Shadows are not the guard. “Some things are better learned than told.”
• They do not know if the Shadow Captain is Rel’s mother.
• Otho is aware of an agent in Haven and controls the information that goes through them - better that way to control it and know what it is.
• Liv tells Otho about her dreams; Otho hopes it was Ogrim, and says they met him once.
• Liv asks Otho how to use the spell Dhaer used; promises to spend time when she’s back from her journey West.
• Also a Cabaret in a few days time at the theatre in the Garden District.

• Robyn spoke to Loki; no clear reason for Chancer’s arrest, several rumours circulating.
• Council are vetting new candidates for new election on 1st Propho - speeches on 47th.
• Visits Quinn; gets yelled at. Stormwalkers are back, but shipping out again in a few days.
• No sign of Stormwalkers or Hamish; forge where last saw Hamish is just a wall.

• Liv, Rel and Peni go to Toloy’s campaign office; burned and smells like death.
• Peni finds a hidden door and Liv opens it. Stairs going up, with signs of fire in the hallway, and dampness from melting ice. Corpses charred beyond recognition and pierced with ice spears. Only one recognised is one who had tried stopping Rel reaching Toloy.
• Arcane doorway partially destroyed.
• Liv uses Sending to message Elirith; no answer other than "Safe".
• Liv visits her mother: they're not accepting visitors as Aleshia took a downward turn 5-6 days ago; constant protests until she falls asleep. Storm doors have had to be closed. She's just saying "free me" repeatedly.
• Robyn and Peni go to Tasha's'; Stormwalkers ahd been there the night before.
• Robyn gives Peni tour of the bars in Shepherd's Rest.
• Rel speaks to Xun to learn of all of Eliriths personas (Felipe, Seline, Grilnitch).
