Brennan Stormwalker

The son of a guardsman and the youngest of four children, Brennan grew up in Shepherd's Rest and earned a reputation for being a bit of a troublemaker.  Truthfully, he often just covered for his friends, knowing he would be protected more than most, however that reputation meant that joining the Guard (as his father would have wanted) was not a possibility, so he joined the Skirmishers instead.
Brennan joined the squad not long before they earned their Name, and has been a key part of the squad ever since.  He's particularly close with Robyn and Elyn, the three humans having bonded quite early on in their careers, but he has incredible respect for Madoc and Nessa and will comply willingly with orders. 
He's tall and broad, proud of keeping himself in shape for practicality rather than vanity (or so he would claim at least). Ash blonde, with a trimmed beard (for comfort not style, obviously). Mischievous and cheeky, he often gets the blame for Elyn’s antics, but will happily cover for her for the entertainment.
