While attuned to this item you gain a +1 to your Spell Save DC and Spell Attack.
As an action you can cause the pipe to leak smoke out in a 60ft radius. The smoke spreads around corners and the area is heavily obscured. It lasts for 1 hour or until a wind of moderate or greater speed disperses it.
The pipe has 4 charges and reagains 1d4 charges each day at dawn.
