The Ruling Family of The City of Platstore. There are currently four different branches that are constantly vying for power in the city. The four branches are:

The Deval Dealers

The merchant branch of the family, the Deval Dealers pride themselves on their prowess in trade and maintaining a strict hold on the traders that come to the city.

The miner branch of the family, the Jhonian Union make sure that the platinum flows at all costs. They pose as a family of the people, but at the end of the day, they are there to keep miners compliant and The Devaljho family in charge.

Valjhonian Minters

The distribution branch of the family, the Valjhonian Minters are the accountants of the Devaljhos. They control how much is minted, where it gets distributed to, and who is in charge of city purchases.

Devaljho Monarchs

The Monarchs of the Devaljhos, the members of this branch claim the purest bloodline to the original mine owner. They claim to be "The Trunk of the Family Tree," and thus have authority on all other branches. Despite this appearance, the Monarchy itself is quite weak and easily influenced by the other branches.
