Storehouse
This is a cool dark space meant to contain objects from the Trade Goods table in Chapter 6 of the PHB. Limit of 500 GP worth of supplies allowed in the storehouse. This increases to 2000 GP when you reach level 9 and 5000 gp when you reach level 13.

Actions
Every facility offers an activity of some sort. Between each session you may take two actions between all of your facilities. All facilities have passive abilities as well.
Action: Gather
You may spend an action to send your hireling to go gather raw materials from nearby wilderness. You add 1d10 x 10 GP worth of materials to your storehouse.
Action: Sell
You may spend an action to sell any amount of your stock. When you do, use the PHB prices to determine how much you earn. (don't forget your passive ability)
Passive Ability
Whenever you sell items outside this facility, you gain 10%/20%/30% (lvl 5/9/13 respectively) more profit than you normally would.
