Welcome to the Basiliath Library! To reiterate what was written in the FAQ, absolutely nothing here is necessary to make a character and join a campaign. This is where I'll put a few of the books I found last time I was in Basiliath. I can't really vouch for the quality of this work since, in fairness, I will likely write most of it in a sleep-deprived delirium. But you're welcome to take a look nonetheless!
