Rictavio

A colorful carnival ringmaster who is currently residing in the Blue Water Inn. The players encountered him after Karl and Nikolai asked him to "Tell us a story, carnival man!" to which he responded "Who would Rictavio be, if he did not indulge his fans!" He then shared a story of a singing man eating plant that he had encountered on his travels.
