Lord Farrow
The Flayed Lord, The Crimson King
Lord Farrow was the ruler of a small lordship before the days of the Lothair Kingdom. He was a devoted worshipper of Nhezir and warred with the lands around his. He would torture prisoners taken captive in his many wars, with his favorite having them flayed alive. Several neighboring states formed a temporary alliance to put an end to his predations once and for all. They went to great lengths to take him alive, so they could torture him as he had done to so many others. He was flayed, then drawn and quartered. His remains were separated and buried at different unmarked locations. Those in his innermost circle who escaped capture and execution were able to retrieve his head before it was disposed of. The head is considered a holy relic by his followers, now known as the Cult of the Skull.
Even though he didn't die in battle, Nhezir elevated him to demigod status. He is worshipped by murderers, torturers, and madmen.
