The Society of the Scarlet Serpent

This people group are those who worship the great Scarlet Serpent that once ruled the ancient valley Hugo City now calls home. These group of people are people whose family will typically go back all the way to the natives of Novakuzran. Their bigger agenda is to resurrect Yesis, The Red Serpent god and destroy Hugo City and return it to its old rural days. This of course means that this group of people are very much wanted and are considered very dangerous by the city.

Structure

Their leader Hester Laura Chambers is an Elven women who commands her followers to do what she believes Yesis is tellign her to do. They all follow Hester and believe she is a prophet sent by Yesis to aid in his return.

Very much like a communist cult.

Speak out against the "tyranny" of Hugo and resurrect Yesis.

History

This society of people have been around for as long as Hugo City was Hugo City. They have always been the rebels and the ones to question and cause mayhem in the streets of Hugo City. They are very wanted and even associating with them could either lead to some coin or punishment.
