The Order of the Iron Horn
This order is a massive group of travelling Bards who travel around in pairs to sing and perform for any coin they can in any pubs or bars they can find. They all can play numerous amount of instruments, but all prefer an Iron Horn. Bards are an essential part of Hugo City, but it's dying. The artificers are coming up with new and improved ways of projecting music to the vast population and live music isn't sought out that often anymore. This order aims to not let the spirit of song die down. They are a small group that accepts all Bards that are kind and willing to play whenever and wherever for little or no coin. They have no problems with the crowns guard at all and most people seem to enjoy their playing.
Structure
No real structure. They are not under so oath or have some defining tattoo or feature to them. The only similarities they share with the other members are the fact that they are a Bard who wants to share their talents with the world.
Culture
There is a fun whimsical side to all the bards that consider themselves part of this order.
