Sullivan, Undead Monarch

Sullivan the Undead Monarch is a calm and calculating Monarch. Seen more as the King of the undead rather a brute among them. Sullivan in his living body was nothing more than a son to the servant of a noble. Sullivan sees it as his duty to serve those who deserve it. However, when turning into the Undead Monarch a part of Sullivan was warped. His mind was bent and reversed several times. Resulting in a mad King who sees all his terrible deeds as deserved punishment.
Time and time again the legends of the Skeleton King are told throughout Baephios, but no one has been able to spot or point out Sullivan. There has never been a vessel of the Undead Monarch before. There is no telling what things Sullivan might do if he found one.
His powers are immense, the strongest spellcaster among all the Monarchs. However, Sullivan is restricted to the mortal plane and cannot travel between them.
