Scorn, Blood Monarch

Scorn the Blood Monarch is a Fiend whose very secretive and dangerous. Similar to Sandar Shadow Monarch Scorn gets many individuals that start a cult and worship Scorn. Unlike Sandar, Scorn actually buys into it and believes himself to actually be a god of some kind.
According to legend, Scorn's powers lies in the blood of his enemies. Scorn can manipulate and contort the bodies of those whose blood he tastes. They become his puppet and can't do anything about it. The giant Scythe that Scorn wields is said to extened a great length and is sharper than any man made weapon.
Vessels of Scorn will have one of two things happen to them, either they become very disgusted by blood, or they thrive in it. Many of those who claim to be vessels of Scorn are frowned upon greatly by society and are seen as crazed fools.
Scorn can easily disguise himself and walk amongst people normally. Scorn is also very good with words and there have been writings of him being able to convince Nobles to bend to his will, no blood needed.
