Kynthia

Kynthia an elf and is the 5th seat on the Rime Seat Council and the youngest among the members. Kynthia specializes in taming and working with the feral animals in the Icewind Forest. She is also head of the Lunar Scouts. Kynthia has always had a strong kinship with the animals which allows Vasldor to communicate simple terms with some of the more powerful beasts that live around the city.
Kynthia was an outcast from the Vaera Kingdom and was accused of conspiring with Lord Von Bloot in over throwing the Wise Masters. The verdict ended with Lord Von Bloot supposedly under one of Kynthia's charm spells. She then fled to the north where she was seen and accepted into the city of Vasldor by @Vol himself.
