Kobra, Keeper of Turmoil, Demon lord of the 3rd ring of Pain

Kobra is the ruler of the 3rd ring of the Underworld. Kobra is a presenting male despite the multi-snake headed torso. He is a calm and quiet Demon lord who just likes to watch. He watches as the souls of the damned feel pain, pain they have never felt before. His domain is full of the souls most physically painful memories and moments in their life and pushes that to the limit. Kobra is incredibly powerful in both his magic and physical prowess.
