Iron Fir Forest

The Iron Fir Forest is the massive forest that lines the mountains in the Denboldir Kingdom. With trees that tower to the sky easily, the deeper you go the taller the trees get. In some spots the trees get so tall that no sun can shine to the bottom. This level of growth is a local phenomenon and has never been explained, magically or naturally. Some believe it to be the work of a crazy druid in ancient times, some believe that this place has been blessed by Mardros, goddess of Nature, some even say cursed.
The trees aren't the only thing giant here, the animals also seem effected by this. The deeper you go the larger and larger they become. The darker the forest the more weird and different the animals become. Deers with antlers that glow to let off feint light, massive 40ft tall bears and many more dangerous beasts lurk the deeper you go. Anyone would be crazy to call this place home, but legend has it that a small circle of druids belong to the forest and perform miracles and grant wishes to anyone who dares try and find them.
