Boris

Boris is the 3rd seat on the Rime Seat Council and the only memeber of the council to be a natural born citizen of Vasldor, Free Nation of the Empire. Boris is a half-giant and stands at a towering 9 feet tall, however due to a strange illness causing his physical strength to be stunted. Thus forcing Boris to turn to his naturally gifted arcane abilities for support in the deadly North of the Empire.
Boris is a master of Evocation magic. Control over the elements, with a favor towards cold magic. Boris was born and raised in the mountain range that Vasldor was built into. With the high altitude and extreme weather conditions Boris has grown into one of the most resillient mortals in the Empire.
Boris is known to be very kind and understanding. He serves as head of all foreign relations as well as all magical research that happens in Vasldor.
