Qinqelli

The jungles and highlands of Qinqelli are home to the Qinqellar, a kingdom of many, many subcultures. How exactly it does this efficiently is a matter of some discussion amongst other kingdoms. The reason being that Qinqella has for hundreds of years been the home for philosophy and political thought. At this point in time, Qinqella is ruled by some variant of a constitutional monarchy, where there is a council of leaders from each people-group that makes up the kingdom, these leaders are elected by their people group to represent them, and this group then sits in balance to the monarch, who is a hereditary figure, but must also have the approval of the of the local leaders, who are the ultimate decider of any question as to inheritance of the throne. The Qinqellar serve a pantheon of gods, known as the Rulers of the Stars. The Qinqelar range from deep olive skin tone to very dark, and are known for their toga-like robes of deep colours such as carmine, tyrian purple, pakistan green, and often with bronze or silver adornments.
