Hazel Brewster
Hazel brewster, a widow in her mid-forties, is the proprietor of the Cat and Mustard Pot public house in Whitwell-on-the-Wold along with her daughters, and is the primary brewer for the town. She often uses honey made by the local priest, as well as incorporating local herbs and plants (many gathered by Logan Dalmoor) in her creations.
