The Shining Empire

A shining city fixed on a layered plateau in the fork of two great rivers, with the Mighty Breath to the west and the Wandering Whisp to the east divided from one another to the north. The Shining Empire is on three levels of elevation in the shape of equilateral triangular prisms reaching the clouds at its tallest point. Each of these plateaus contain the three districts that make up the civilization of the Empire. With the dawn of this civilization and the Magn'us at the helm of things, The Shining Empire might just cultivate the entire realm!

Structure

The lowest plateau contains the Seed District; a land of the working class that consists of mainly Gnomes and Half-Orcs with a few Humans and Dwarves, it is also were the army is trained and occupied as well as one of the best places to rent a room and have a decent meal. Those who hail from this place are known as Sprouts. The next level is the Hill District, filled with Humans, Dwarves, Gnomes and Half-Orcs all dedicated to the health and profession of the Shining Empire, this place contains the infirmary as well as many masters who have honed their skills to be the best in their field, such as blacksmiths, tailors, and other craftsman and women. You want something done and done right, the Hill District is the place to go. Those who hail from this place are known as Hilts. The final plateau is known as the Sky District, this is where the leaders of the Shining Empire live, mostly consisting of Elves with few Humans and Dwarves, this area is dedicated to keeping the others pushing on towards a brighter future, with the Grand Church of Lacera, Goddess of Justice and Order as the pinnacle in teaching them how to live the proper way using their wisdom gained from their extended life spans. Those who hail from this place are known as Zeniths.

Culture

The culture of the Golden Empire is rich and diverse. Those who live in the Seed District believe that hard work, personal growth and defending your land are the strengths of who you are and the core beliefs that earn your spot in safety under the Shining Empire. They also bring a lot of traditions from their homelands that are their own. Those who live in the Hill District believe that focus and dedication to your craft are the best ways to exemplify yourself in the eyes of Lacera. Almost everyone who lives in the Hill District are very no-nonsense and serious about their profession and spend most of their days mastering their craft. They like to perform and show off their talents as well as engage in play as long as the rules are followed properly. Those who live in the Sky District are very solemn and they believe that they must teach those of the Shining Empire to work in unity and to keep them safe from outside dangers. This means they must be the tacticians in expanding the Shining Empire to ensure safety from threats. They are the powerful minds of the Shining Empire and rarely have time for anything other than strategy and planning. They create the laws and have all the power in the Shining Empire.

Public Agenda

The goal of the Shining Empire is to expand its knowledge as far as it can and ensure that all can live in harmony and peace.

Assets

Access to mines, the adjacent rivers, and the Garden of Lacera gives the Shining Empire all it needs.

Military

The military is comprised of a few different branches within the Empyrion. The first and lowest branch are the Codder, the first responders to crime and attacks on the farmland. The second branch involves the Coss, which are the inspiring leaders of the Codders and are more skilled warriors and usually run alongside their Codder allies into the fray. The third branch of the Empyrion is known as the Comtain, the generals living in the Sky District forging plans for the rest to follow. Finally, there are the Golden Bands of the Empyrion which sit higher in ranking than Coss but fall under Comtains, and what they do is leave the Empire's safety in search of new allies and resources to expand the Empire's reach.
