Wax Maiden

The leading cleric of the Whale Choir and beloved worshipper of both Ordryn and Yaheel. Met at the back of the Whale Choir’s upper floor, behind the calcifies organ.
Even though she is blind, she can hear the player character even when in possession of the Catspaw. She will attack the player if provoked and wields a unique arsenal of mysticism.

Dialogue

So it was you I heard up above. Voices carry down here, under the ground.
Did you hear her during your descent? Do you hear him singing, deep down beneath your feet?

I am Serene, a follower of Yaheel and a servant to her whim.
The singing you hear comes from below. I’m amazed you can hear her calling. How special you must feel.
If you are as the rest, you have come in search of treasure, but you will find none here. I assure you, we have little beyond our humble means.

Ah, so you wish to see Yaheel. I would not think mercenaries to be interested in the trivialities of religion.
It is obvious you seek death. I smell it on your breath. I do not wish to harm you, but I may not allow you any further.

General Physical Condition

The Wax Maiden is wearing the Whale Choir robes. It can be ascertained that she has dedicated her body to the worship of Yaheel, her eyes sealed shut by a thick layer of white wax. Her skin holds the typical pallor seen in the rest of Ordryn’s worshippers and can be attributed to years without sunlight.

Identifying Characteristics

The Wax Maiden is easily identifiable by her towering height, as she stands a clear head taller than the PC.
