O'Harad

A powerful mage withhin the Gates of Holding who controls an armada of pirates and mercenaries. He creates a wide array of magically powered creatures, weapons, and vessels, apparently through the use of sentient arcane spirit creatures that he and his organization has enslaved. The party has learned that he is in search of an magic object called a Cartographer's Orb. He has become aware of the party and their meddling in his search for the orb through a Soulgaze vision shared between Evie and an arcane spirit creature.
