The Ember Dominion is a militant, expansionist empire forged in war and fire. It believes in absolute power, conquest, and the supremacy of steel over sorcery. Unlike Vaeltheris and Elarion, which value knowledge and honor, the dromion thrives on strength, discipline, and unrelenting ambition.
Goverment and Leadership
Ruled by Imperator Kael Dravos, a ruthless warlord who seized power through military conquest.
The Iron Council, a group of high-ranking generals and warlords, advises the Imperator but holds little real power.
Might over birthright: Rank in the dominion is earned through battle, and the weak are cast aside.
Culture and Society
Survival of the strong: Every citizen is expected to serve in the military, and only the strongest rise to prominence.
Hatred of Magic: Magic is seen as a crutch for the weak. Sorcery is outlawed, and mages are either executed or forced to become Warbinders- magic users enslaved to fuel war machines.
Relentless expansion: The Dominion constantly seeks to conquer new lands, believing that stagnation leads to weakness.
Worship of Fire and War Gods: Dominion warriors follow war gods, believing conquest is a divine mandate.

Elarion: Bitter rivals. The Dominion sees Elarion's honor-bound knights as naïve fools unfit for war.
The Aetherian Concord: Considered weaklings who waste their time recording history instead of conquering it.
