Coven of Twilight

The Coven of Twilight is a coven of three Hags, which unusually consist of Hags of differing species. They are famously powerful and dangerous. It is rumoured that these Hags can manipulate the fate of individuals after stealing a portion of the Fate Weaver's power for themselves. That power has elevated them to realms of myth and legend.
No one is sure where their coven is located, as rumours from all over the world of Azure suggest they are not isolated to a single continent.
