Their crafters were two, one elf and one dwarf. At the end of the war they were killed, and their knowledge went with them.

They are the Nexus Manipulator that utilizes force magic (a 7th level spell) to transport a ship across planar lines. This spell does not count towards the needed used spell slots in order to facilitate flight. They may only be used once every 24 hours.
